This mobile application enables you to continue working remotely on your leads and pick -up from where you left off. On the app, you can efficiently manage and take action on the leads in real time.

ExtraaEdge is the premium App for 200+ education admission teams to increase & manage their admissions. Calling is a very central part of admissions as admission counselors, outreach teams, prospect students & parents use calling i.e. incoming & outgoing as a medium to seek information about courses, fees, placements & career opportunities.

This is from all across India from rural Tier 2, 3, and 4 cities where calling becomes the only convenient means to seek career opportunities for kids & parents, primarily due to low calling rates & a direct human reach. Our mobile app facilitates this communication in real-time via incoming calls, outgoing calls & analysis of calls to improve the admission experience. This is our core functionality of the app & without this utility, the app will cease to exist. In India for local calls, its illegal to have a VoIP gateway based in India making it even more difficult & costly for admission teams to have extremely costly IVR providers where gateways are based outside India.

Our Smart Caller mobile app dialog enables the admission teams to quickly look at all the prospect student information on mobile apps both during incoming or outgoing calls i.e.
e-mail, name, the status of admission, and comments while they are on the call & this context allows them to assist the student on the go. Also, our proprietary "Click-to-Call" from our CRM web application directly connects the call to the prospective students on our mobile app saving time & effort. Also, the "Call_Log" analysis allows us to understand every call duration, recording & timings in order to improve the experience of the communication & conversations for quality. This is very critical to ensure the quality of counseling is maintained over call.

Our core functionality is to automate lead creation for education customers via their incoming, missed & outgoing calls, ad-words, FB, listing orgs & websites via API.
